Cancelations
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the price of your scheduled appointment. The amount will be charged to the card on file if canceled or rescheduled within the 48 hour window prior to your appointment. The amount will be applied to future appointments. Thank you for understanding as always we appreciate your business.
Permanent Make-up
A 100 dollar deposit is required to book any permanent make-up service, the deposit goes toward your amount the day of your service. Your card on file will be charged after booking. Your appointment is not secured until the deposit is charged. This deposit is non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
